Paw Log - Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using PawLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description PawLog is a pet care logging app that allows users to record and share pet care activities such as feeding, water intake, medication, potty, and notes. The app provides timelines, summaries, and statistics.
Eligibility You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable laws. If you are under the required age, you must use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
Accounts An account is required to use PawLog. You may sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple. Account security is your responsibility.
Your Content You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. Do not upload or share content that infringes others’ rights or violates laws. When you share a group, you understand that group members can see the shared records.
Data and Privacy We collect and store data using Firebase services to provide synchronization and sharing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Third‑Party Services The app uses Firebase, Google Sign‑In, and Sign in with Apple. We are not responsible for third‑party service availability or behavior.
License and Intellectual Property The app and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You retain rights to your own content.
Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Reverse engineer, attempt to access source code, or circumvent technical measures Use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights Interfere with or disrupt the app’s normal operation
Disclaimers The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy if incorrect data is entered. The app is not a medical or veterinary service.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or cause harm to the service or others.
Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will post updates with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

약관의 동의 PawLog를 다운로드·설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
서비스 설명 PawLog는 반려동물의 식사, 물, 약, 배변, 메모 등 케어 기록을 저장하고 가족과 공유할 수 있는 앱입니다. 타임라인, 요약, 통계 기능을 제공합니다.
이용 자격 이용자는 관련 법령에 따른 계약 체결 능력이 있어야 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자(법정대리인)의 동의와 감독 하에 이용해야 합니다.
계정 PawLog 이용을 위해 계정이 필요합니다. 이메일/비밀번호 또는 Google/Apple로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 계정 보안은 이용자 책임입니다.
이용자 콘텐츠 이용자가 입력하는 데이터의 정확성에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 업로드·공유해서는 안 됩니다. 그룹을 공유하는 경우, 그룹 멤버가 기록을 볼 수 있음을 이해합니다.
데이터 및 개인정보 서비스 제공을 위해 Firebase를 사용하여 데이터를 저장 및 동기화합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하십시오.
제3자 서비스 앱은 Firebase, Google Sign‑In, Sign in with Apple을 사용합니다. 제3자 서비스의 가용성이나 동작에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
라이선스 및 지식재산권 앱 및 그 구성물은 지식재산권의 보호를 받습니다. 당사는 개인적·비상업적 사용 범위 내에서 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용권을 부여합니다. 이용자가 입력하거나 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
금지 행위 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 역공학, 소스 코드 접근 시도, 기술적 보호조치의 우회 불법 목적의 이용 또는 타인의 권리 침해 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하는 행위
보증의 부인 본 앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 잘못된 데이터 입력 시 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 의료/수의학 서비스가 아닙니다.
책임의 제한 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 앱 이용으로 인한 간접·우발·특별·결과적 손해 또는 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
면책 이용자의 앱 오용, 이용자 콘텐츠, 약관 또는 법령 위반으로 인해 발생하는 청구로부터 당사를 면책하고 보호하는 데 동의합니다.
이용 종료 이용자는 언제든 앱 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 또는 타인에게 피해를 유발하는 경우 접근을 제한·종료할 수 있습니다.
약관 변경 서비스 또는 법령 변경에 따라 본 약관이 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 시행일을 갱신하여 공지하며, 변경 이후의 계속 이용은 변경 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.
준거법 및 분쟁 해결 본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 특별한 규정이 없는 한 대한민국 서울 소재 법원의 전속 관할로 합니다.
